This will make Georgia an island of fiscal safety in the sea of mounting financial uncertainty with the dollar and will make our state a haven for those who wish to invest personally and in their business in a place with a safe economy. PDF File: State Authority and Deposit Security Act - This bill provides the necessary "teeth" so as to prohibit state or federal agents or employees of financial institutions from seizing assets under color of law. For instance, under this law, it would not be possible for the IRS to seize the bank account of a Georgia citizen until such time as a court proceeding demonstrated the Constitutional authority and legality for such action against the citizen.

PDF File: State Authority and Federal Tax Fund Act - a bill which requires all federal taxes demanded of Georgians to be paid directly to the Georgia Department of Revenue; authorizes the General Assembly to determine which federal expenditures are constitutional and to order only that percentage of collected taxes to be forwarded to the federal government; restores power to the people of Georgia by denying the federal government the ability to withhold funds rightly belonging to them as Georgia reasserts her sovereignty over the federal government.
