PDF File: Constitutional Tender Act - This bill will require that Georgia abide by the Constitution of these united States in using and accepting only gold and silver (or certificates payable upon demand in gold and silver) in payment of debts. This will make Georgia an island of fiscal safety in the sea of mounting financial uncertainty with the dollar and will make our state a haven for those who wish to invest personally and in their business in a place with a safe economy. The author and former sponsor of this bill have both requested that we include this Act in our legislative agenda, which we are happy to do.

PDF File: Freedom From Compulsory Pandemic Act - This legislation is written to repeal the authority of the Governor to issue mandatory vaccination orders and to prohibit the quarantine of persons solely for failure to submit to and receive voluntary vaccinations.

PDF File: State Authority and Intrastate Commerce Act - This bill provides that products grown, produced, or manufactured and located in Georgia shall not be subject to federal law or regulations.

PDF File: State Authority and Deposit Security Act - This bill provides the necessary "teeth" so as to prohibit state or federal agents or employees of financial institutions from seizing assets under color of law. For instance, under this law, it would not be possible for the IRS to seize the bank account of a Georgia citizen until such time as a court proceeding demonstrated the Constitutional authority and legality for such action against the citizen.

PDF File: State Authority and Anti-Racketeering Act - a bill which acknowledges that the federal government has imposed unconstitutional laws, rulings, and executive orders upon the citizens of Georgia under the colour of law; prohibitions against federal agents and employees attempting to enforce such against the citizens of Georgia; and the legal penalties for those in violation of this act.

PDF File: State Authority and Federal Tax Fund Act - a bill which requires all federal taxes demanded of Georgians to be paid directly to the Georgia Department of Revenue; authorizes the General Assembly to determine which federal expenditures are constitutional and to order only that percentage of collected taxes to be forwarded to the federal government; restores power to the people of Georgia by denying the federal government the ability to withhold funds rightly belonging to them as Georgia reasserts her sovereignty over the federal government.
